A consultancy has a new vacancy for a part-time HR Business Partner to work for 2 days per week (work pattern to suit the candidate) in their central London offices. Working alongside directors and other senior managers, you will be passionate about championing the people agenda and enabling individuals to realise their full potential.
Specifics of the role include:
- Recruitment and retention including identifying and recruiting diverse and talented individuals
- Benchmarking – ensuring benefits are commensurate and competitive
- Policy development – ensuring these reflect the needs of the team whilst being compliant and up to date with current legislation
- HR projects including staff surveys and new initiatives
About you:
- Extensive HR business partnering experience
- CIPD qualified
- Strong working knowledge of employment law
- Passionate about diversity and inclusion
- Line management experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong influencing capability
- Collaborative, flexible and adaptable
