Profile & experience
This Financial Accountant is a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience of working at senior and operational level within a variety of sectors and industries such as utilities, manufacturing and the care sector. They have demonstrated their ability to adapt and flex their individual working style to suit the differing needs of each organisation, from well-known corporates to SMEs.
This candidate has strong hands-on capabilities including managing internal payroll, stock and logistics as well as more strategic level inputs such as providing forecasts and presenting management reports to the Board.
They also have extensive expertise in preparing companies for sale and in helping their team to navigate and adapt to the resulting restructure of finance teams following an acquisition.
A strong finance all-rounder with outstanding strategic skills, well-honed mentoring skills, and excellent implementation too.
