Profile & experience
A magic circle qualified lawyer with over 10 years’ PQE. Following a successful career in practice, they moved in house where they have been for the past 7 years, working initially for a global organisation before progressing to a standalone In-house Counsel role for a dynamic scale-up business.
Whilst their main focus has been commercial, as sole In-house Counsel they are adept at handling all areas of the law including employment law, data protection, risk management, M&A and intellectual property.
In addition, they possess outstanding stakeholder management skills, are comfortable business partnering with the SLT, contract negotiations and training of non-legal professionals within the business.
