Profile & experience
This candidate is a CIPD-qualified part time HR Manager with extensive experience, both strategic and hands-on, in hospitality and retail. They have worked globally for a variety of prestigious hotels leading performance management activity, devising policies and procedures, developing recruitment strategy and most recently focusing on learning and development.
This candidate is also a qualified Counsellor which informs their approach to HR and is instrumental in their work leading teams and business managers. They are able to mentor colleagues and bring their high level of understanding to relationships and situations in order to foster positive working relationships within the business.
Having recently worked in more specialised L&D roles, this candidate would now like to return to a more generalist hands-on HR role which they feel is where their skills are best utilised.
