CJ. Talent is passionate about placing talented individuals with forward-thinking organisations that are motivated by performance, not fixated on the traditional ‘nine-to-five’ routine. 

We only recruit senior, part time or flexible working talent for SMEs and growing businesses. And because our attention is focused 100% on part time and flexible roles, we can give you access to an exclusive community of high performing candidates who are often not reachable via more ‘traditional’ recruitment routes.

Our values (listed below) are part of our DNA and guide the way we work with our clients, our candidates, our suppliers and each other. We believe in recruitment with integrity above all else. 

When you work with us you will be allocated a dedicated account manager who deals with both client and candidate, so they always know the full picture. Your account manager will support you at all stages of the process: starting with the job description itself (which we’ll help you to rewrite or create from scratch if necessary), we’ll handle all screening, communications and interview logistics, as well as the final offer negotiations.

We interview every shortlisted candidate specifically for your role, even if we’ve interviewed them for a previous application, because we know every role is different and has its own unique set of requirements.

We act with integrity and are open, honest and fair in our conversations with clients, candidates and each other. We set expectations and deliver on our promises: if we say we'll do it, then we will. Recruitment with integrity - always.

Between us we have decades of business experience behind us; we've performed many of the roles we recruit for ourselves, and can see both the client and the candidate perspective. So we 'get it' and can get to work for you quickly. We are also business members of the professional body for recruitment, REC (Recruitment and Employment Federation).

We know how to give feedback constructively, how to have diplomatic conversations, and when to have them. Communication is one of our key skills and we communicate thoughtfully and honestly at all times.

We're ambitious for our own business of course, but also for our clients' businesses, and for our candidates' careers. We care about the outcome of every placement, and are passionate about transforming the world of work.

Our experience comes from working in industry and in recruitment for decades - we have learned along the way and keep up to date with regular CPD learning. We bring that knowledge to everything we do for our clients and candidates.
