Profile & experience
A CIPD-qualified HR Manager with extensive experience in hospitality and retail, this candidate has worked globally for a variety of prestigious hotels leading performance management activity, devising policies and procedures, developing recruitment strategy and most recently focusing on learning and development.
This candidate is also a qualified Counsellor which informs their approach to HR and is instrumental in their work leading teams and business managers.
Having recently specialised in L&D, this candidate would like to return to a more generalist hands-on HR role.
