Role: Head of HR/HR Director

Preferred work pattern: 2-5 days, hybrid working

Locations: London/Kent/remote

Salary: £85,000 – £90,000 FTE

Profile & experience

A collaborative HR professional with over 15 years’ experience across a range of industries. They have the ability to work strategically and operationally, with strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach.

With excellent communication and influencing skills, they’re able to build relationships quickly, to become a trusted partner and coach to senior leaders. Enjoys translating business objectives into People Plans to deliver high performance and engagement across the business.

They have also successfully delivered a number of large scale change management projects, reorganisations and restructures. Areas of expertise include: organisational design, restructures, change management, performance management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, values and culture, wellbeing.
