A CIPD qualified HR Director and Head of People with experience across a range of organisations and sectors including education, tech, insurance, finance and transport.
This candidate works at strategic level to bring about transformational change in organisations with a particular focus on Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion. They also enjoy analysing business needs and consulting on behavioural change.
This candidate also has a coaching qualification and enjoys leading, empowering and mentoring teams.
Having recently worked on a wellbeing initiative they are passionate about enabling businesses to reach maximum potential by valuing its people.
